We have a dedicated phone for the emergency response so that it is simple for the community to get ahold of us when you really need us. We are trying to load the 'emergency response phone' with everybody's name, address and phone numbers in the community. One of the reasons is so that we can set up an 'emergency bypass' so that the phone rings loudly no matter the time of day.

Everybody in the community that sends us their name, phone and address gets set up in the phone with 'emergency bypass settings'. Now anytime you call we will hear it and mobilize to help, even if the phone is on silent.

In case you are curious about how to set this up for your loved ones, we followed this helpful video to set up emergency bypass for the community contacts:

As a reminder for the process in an emergency:

  1. Call emergency services (911) and follow their instructions.

  2. Call or message our emergency response phone number (the number will be provided once you join the program).

  3. If you are not at the address we have saved let the team know your location.

  4. We will mobilize and bring the AED and first aid equipment

  5. Once the emergency services arrive we will support them and you to ensure the best care.

If you have not joined the program yet and would like to, please get in touch
